The Pedalo "S9 Plantar Stretch" foot gym consists of a solid, compact-density fibreboard and a birch multiplex block. This block features an arched ramp. Transparent non-slip feet ensure the station will stay firmly in place. This foot gym must be used barefoot. Place the heel of your foot on the base and your toes / ball of your foot on the ramp. Don’t place any strain on your foot when setting up. When ready, bend your knee forward – this will increase the stretch. Slowly put some pressure on your foot, then release, secondly put some more pressure on, release again. Repeat several times.
