With 16 resistance levels, it allows users to adjust workout intensity to their individual abilities, making it suitable for both light exercise and more demanding training sessions. Smooth movement and precise resistance adjustmentThe ZM1067 rowing machine features a magnetic resistance system with a 2.5 kg flywheel. The mechanism ensures smooth operation for comfortable workouts. Resistance is adjusted using a traditional dial, allowing users to quickly select one of 16 resistance levels. This makes it possible to gradually increase training intensity as fitness and strength improve. Workout monitoring and modern training featuresThe built-in 4-inch LCD display allows users to monitor key workout parameters in real time, including time, distance, calories burned, stroke count and total stroke count. Another advantage of the ZM1067 is its compatibility with the Kinomap app, which helps make daily workouts more varied and expands training options. The connection to the app is established wirelessly via Bluetooth. Compact design for home trainingThe ZM1067 has been designed for home use. With a length of 165 cm and a weight of just 21 kg, it requires less space than larger training machines. The 91 cm seat travel provides room for performing the rowing motion, while the sturdy construction supports users weighing up to 120 kg. Full-body workoutRowing is an effective way to develop endurance, improve physical fitness and strengthen muscles. The rowing motion engages numerous muscle groups, particularly the legs, back, arms and abdominal muscles. Regular training supports the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, improves physical performance and helps burn calories effectively. Thanks to adjustable resistance, the machine is suitable for both moderate-intensity workouts and more demanding cardio sessions. The ZM1067 HMS is a functional magnetic rowing machine that combines strength and endurance training with the convenience of exercising at home. Its wide range of resistance settings, easy-to-read training console and compatibility with the Kinomap app make it a versatile solution for anyone looking to improve their physical fitness.
