Strong back and stable coreThe primary use of the LR6815 is trunk extension and flexion, which mainly engages the spinal erectors, as well as the gluteal muscles and the back of the thighs. Proper body positioning on the support also allows side movements to be performed, making the equipment suitable for training the oblique abdominal muscles and improving overall core stability. The workout can be further intensified by performing exercises with additional weight held against the chest, increasing both the difficulty level and the demands placed on the muscles. Adjustable supportThe upper support can be adjusted in height, allowing the equipment to be adapted to the user's height and the type of exercise being performed. The adjustment range allows the structure to be set at a height of 78 to 97.2 cm. Two separate support pads provide comfortable support for the hips while leaving space between them, increasing freedom of movement during exercise.
