Lietošana: Pirmajās 5-7 dienās tiek nodrošināta kreatīna uzkrāšanās organismā, kad dienā uzņemamais kreatīna daudzums veido 1/3 ķermeņa svara gramos (piem., ja svars ir 90kg, tad dienas deva ir 20g-30g). Šī deva tiek sadalīta porcijās ar maksimālo svaru 10g. Vēlākā periodā dienas deva tiek samazināta uz pusi. Lieto pēc treniņa tukšā dūšā. Kreatīns vislabāk uzsūcas tad, ja tas tiek lietots kopā ar ogļhidrātiem bagātu dzērienu. Sajauc 5g pulvera ar apmēram 300ml dzēriena. Viena mērkarote = 5g (mērkarote atrodama pulvera iepakojumā).
