Description

Dreaming of a home gym where you can build sexy muscles? Take the first step – grab the EB FIT dumbbells. Improve your physique and health, increase definition or muscle mass with the 11 kg (10+1) EB FIT composite dumbbell!

Covered with plastic that reduces noise and protects the floor from scratches
Effectively help build muscle mass in the upper body
The appropriately sized bar fits the hand
The set allows you to change the weight
Regular exercises with lighter weight will help firm the bust
Ideal for a home gym

The outer layer is easy-to-clean plastic. Household members will finally get a break from the noise of cast iron. Unlike cast iron, concrete with plastic dampens sound and protects the floor from damage. No more scratching the floor. The material protects flooring, laminate and ceramic tiles from scratches. The clear weight marking is visible and will not rub off.

Even basic arm exercises with dumbbells will perfectly shape your figure, strengthen muscles and even help you burn fat tissue. Dumbbells give you the option of asymmetric work, when one arm is much stronger than the other, as well as symmetric work if you connect them with your hands. Properly performed and regular training will help you strengthen your shoulders, which are less prone to strains, firm your bust, and improve overall physical condition. Start exercising with EB FIT dumbbells today!
