Tādējādi var droši un patstāvīgi veikt spēka treniņus ar papildu svaru, savukārt stieni un rokturus var izmantot kalistēnikas treniņiem, tas ir, vingrinājumiem ar savu ķermeņa svaru. Rokturus var izmantot arī, trenējoties ar svaru soliņu. Sliedes, stieņa turētāji un drošības āķi ir regulējami augstumā.

Viss komplekts ir izgatavots no tērauda, padarot to izturīgu un stipru, un lielais pamatnes platums ļauj veikt dinamiskus treniņus ar lieliem svariem. Maksimālā sliede slodze līdz 200 kg.
