Ieteicamā dienas deva: Ieteicamā dienas deva: 90 g. Ieteicams lietot: Vienu porciju (30 g - 1,5 mērkarotes) izšķīdināt 200 ml ūdens vai piena, izmantojot šeikeri vai blenderi.
