What size of a punching bag to choose?

The size of the punching bag should be adapted to the height of the room and the height of the trainer. In order to choose the length of the bag well for the room in which it will be hung, you need to remember to add the length of the chains (about 40 cm) and the ceiling sling (about 10 cm) to the length of the bag. The bag should not hang too low - its way should be at least at the height of the trainee's knee. The optimal bag size for beginners and intermediates is about 140 cm and about 40 kg.
