ICONFIT RECO ir atjaunošanās dzēriena maisījums, kas satur proteīnus un ogļhidrātus attiecībā 1:1. Tam ir pievienoti arī 5% kvalitatīva mikronizētā kreatīna. Maisījumam pievienojām arī 5% kvalitatīva mikronizētā kreatīna, lai uzlabotu spēka rādītājus un palīdzētu attīstīt eksplozīvu spēku. Tādā veidā no saviem treniņiem varēsi gūt maksimālus rezultātus. Pagatavošana
Vispirms ielej šeikerī apmēram 400ml ūdens. Pievieno 2 līdz malām pilnas mērkarotes (kopā 70g) RECO maisījuma, cieši aizver šeikeri un krati to apmēram 10 sekundes, līdz maisījums vienmērīgi izšķīdis.
