The device, apart from the standard bar that can be used for both dodging and striking training, has an additional strike zone in the form of a shield. The use of the shield increases training possibilities, especially during the training of quick boxing combinations.
In addition to the bar and the training dial, the device is equipped with a very realistic cast simulating a human head. This element is perfect for training quick strikes after dodging.
The casting is made of thick rubber ensuring very high resistance to damage and filled with specialized foam with increased resistance to caking and deformation. The combination of these two materials makes this element a very realistic representation of an impact on a human body.
