Sample exercises:

1. Balance maintenance: Stand on disk on one leg for 30 seconds. Then change legs and repeat. Gradually increase the time to 60 seconds. You can close your eyes to increase the level of difficulty.

2. Strengthening the arms: Use a dumbbell to do a typical set of exercises for the arm muscles, standing on the disk.

3. Squats: Standing on the disc, bend your knees and lower your body until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. You can stop in a squat for 15 or 30 seconds, or do 20 reps without stopping. You can increase the difficulty level by adding a load.

4. Pushups: Perform pushups while keeping your hands on the disk.

5. Crunches: Sit on a balancing disk, bend your legs and set your feet on the ground. Lie down on the ground, then flex your abdominal muscles and stand up towards your knees. Lie back on the floor and repeat the exercise 20 times. When this exercise is no longer difficult for you, you can try to widen your legs or keep your feet in the air.
