The bag is made of multi-layer plawil that is resistant to abrasion, tearing and weather conditions, ensuring long-term use.

✅BREAK-RESISTANT CHAINS
The bag comes with a set of chains with swivel ends. Each chain has welded links for high tear resistance.
The load capacity of each chain exceeds 120 kg, providing a total capacity of 500 kg!
✅TRIANGULAR MOUNTINGS AND VERY STRONG TAPES
All four welded chains are attached to triangular handles, which provide significantly better weight distribution than round handles. The handles are attached to wide nylon webbing straps with a maximum load capacity of 300 kg each.
The straps used are so tear-resistant that they are also used when towing cars.

The bag's carrying straps are covered with a surrounding belt for additional protection during impacts and to increase the bag's training surface.
The upper lid of the bag has a tight, knotted closure that is resistant to tearing during training loads.

How to fill a purchased punching bag?
The best way to fill a punching bag is with scraps of material (e.g. cut up clothes).
You can get fabric scraps for free at most tailors. Alternatively, you can use sawdust for filling (be sure to check for sharp pieces of wood).
Note: When using sand, its share in the filling should not exceed 20% and in the case of rubber granulate, not more than 50% , as the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard.
The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 60 kg.
